The trick is 5 drops under your tongue 3 times a day. Hold under tongue for 30 seconds. Swish around mouth then swallow. Very intense, flavor goes away in 5 min or so with the smell. Random tingles on tongue and lips. P73 is my personal fav.

yeah i used to put about 2-3 drops under the tongue and sometimes not even wash it down, I didnt think it was that bad, I brushed my teeth with it for about 3 days, wouldn't do it again though, good clean, my gums where on fire for a few day after that.kinda felt good.

This video was great. Quite comical. I love oregano oil. It's great as an anti-candida (yeast) agent. I prefer the gel capsules. I've been using the Oreganol brand...quite expensive. 60-capsules average $25-$30 but occasionally they're cheaper on Amazon.

Wow, really? From one drop? I usually go with 5 on the tongue with a juice chaser... but then I love authentically made indian and thai food too.

I agree. I take 2-3 drops under my tongue..put it down with water and goes faster. with too much liquid takes too much time and is more difficult...so kids take it so can we...just don't drink little by little in so much water
