Sorry about the talking bit. I tried to do the talking while i was filming the actual video, but people kept coming through and distracting me so it was pretty rubbish. I did it again after, but i forgot what happened next at some points, and it's a bit out of time at other, so sorry about that.
A couple of things i forgot to mention:
1) although I only left the chicken marinating for about 30mins, a couple of hours is better (and any other meat can be used! Just as long as it's cooked through!)
2) at one point I started to say other vegetables that you could use, i was going to say baby sweetcorn, fresh mushrooms or anything else you have hanging around (but i realised that it wasn't the right place to say it!)
3) i used plain dried egg noodles. you can get those ready to wok ones, but i think they taste a bit strange, so i prefer to use the dried ones.

Other than that, I hope you enjoy!! And thank you for watching
xxxxxx

  • Nice video. I enjoyed watching it. I have two Chinese students living with me so I'll give this a try.

  • @Peter0262 :) I hope they like it!!!

  • sesame oil doesn't make meats tedner. It's just adding aroma to the food.

  • @MrQuagmire26 the sesame bit itself doesn't really do all the much, but the oily bit of it (with the soy sauce) for some reason that i'm not really sure of does keep the chicken moister than when i don't use it! i dunno, that's just what i've found, but i'm sure there are other oils that do a better job!

  • alotta postions and sauces there. good vid though

  • @treefrog2108 thank you :)
