Here is the secret to loosing weight, you just need to understand 2 things, then have the:
Desire to loose the weight,
Dedication to loose the weight and
Discipline to eat a healthy well balanced diet.

I weighed 186lbs and was challenged to a friendly bike race. By race day (3 months later), I was able to get down to 172lbs. I did it all on my own without the need for all of those weight loss centers and products.

You can do the same, just by learning a few things and by executing one thing in your life.

  • If you are hungry beatween meals eat a palm full of diffrent nuts. Very good for you

  • @funnygangink, yup, I like them and add them to trail-mix for the trails. Nuts do have more calories than an apple though...

  • Great videos!! I have learned alot......thanks so much for taking the time :)

  • Great tips! Thanks!

  • @slacker3375, hey slacker3375, glad your enjoying the vids. I'll have a few more coming up. Haven't used the helmet cam in a while. I think the GoPro camera is much better than the Oregon Scientific that I have. If you ever come to the Bay Area, CA, let me know and we'll go riding.

  • @pb4evr, you can purchase lighter weight bike parts, but they can get a bit expensive. (Titanium). The other route is to save up and purchase a lighter weight bike. Like the Santa Cruz superlite. Most bike companies make a XC bike that is around 27lbs or so. Look for a used one that is a few years old, that way you can get a good deal instead of buying a new one.

  • @HealthyNactive

thanks man ur really helping me out here and giving me more confidence, im actuly enjoying climbs and i enjoy the challenge, only thing that gets annoying is the sun so im gonna go a little bit earlier, one more thing is that my bike weighs alot. its a giant rincon. its a hardtail but when i weighed it it came in at 35 pounds, the front tire with rim and rotor and everything weighed 5 pounds total the rear was 7 is that a bit to high? thanks again!
