  • Hi fretman67, The Iron883 seat height when you sitting is about 25 1/2" and with a narrow saddle. With riding boots I'm thinking you'll be able to flat foot the asphalt. Always goes without saying though; get into a dealership and swing a leg over and make sure you're sporting your riding boots. | HD Fitshop simply put is a section of the dealership with ALL the tools you need to FIT the bike to YOUR body. The Customization Specialist will help you through the fitting process.

  • Jesercat I'm 6ft - 210lbs and I can sit on one comfortably - sure its a bit on the smaller side but comfortable none the less. The best bet is to go down to your local dealer and try it for yourself though - as I said in an earlier post I believe - most dealers will allow a serious buyer a test ride - so you can really get a feel for the bike. If it doesn't feel "quite right", look into customizing. H-D dot com they have an application that allows you to build a custom xl883l

  • so i know its great for smaller ppl, but what about a 5 foot 7 inch female??? i like this bike because it will be my 1st and its in my price range.....just wondering if im too tall for it though? thanks

  • I'm only 19 but i love harleys, I really want to try riding, and the superlow is in my price range, is it a good one to start with?

  • @bkquiros It's a great bike to start with. The superlow is well designed ergonomically and a real comfortable ride. The superlow is of smaller stature, which makes it real easy to handle and an ideal bike for new riders. If you do decide to get into riding bkquiros, make sure you take some riders safety courses to learn some safety techniques. These courses will also help develop your riding confidence. Once you get on the road, you'll love riding! especially on a superlow.

  • Thanks for responding Greg. Appreciate it.

  • Hi, I'm only 5’2" tall with an inseam of 30". Is there a Harley model that I can ride stock or do I need some type of lowering kit, either in the seat or suspension. I was interested in the Iron883 but I'm not sure if I'll be able to flat foot it stock. I'm also interested in the HD Fitshop you mentioned. What is that all about? Thanks for taking the time to respond.

  • @Braveaxe
