Thats the on camera mic. Normally I would never use the on camera mic as the DSLR pre amps (even with magic lantern hack) don't deliver enough audio quality for me. But in this case it worked as it is such a harsh sound anyway, and then the sound is slowed down

i'm on a mac not a pc so workflow is prores in final cut.
- - thanks for all the comments everyone. The point where the video stops reverse and goes into forward is the halfway point. The way I got the coin to spin around the same spot is the wood surface is curved gently. Its a chair seat.
