3rd video showing Robin Danner of CNHA at the Paukukalo Hawaiian Homes Community Center on January 29, 2010. In this video Robin Danner responds with apparently some resentment by thursting herself forward with an in-your-face "No. Absolutely not!" when asked if she would support Public Hearings be held on all islands for the Akaka Bill.
The English Language is a language with forked tongues, some words have contradictory meanings between the common use and the legal use. This forked definition causes much to be ill informed and also takes away the validity of an agreement via knowledgeable consent. For a contract to be binding it must be with knowledgeable consent. Don't try and pull the wool over our eyes, we know the truth now, and if you persist you will eventually end up with less than nothing if you are lucky.

10 years is a long time, wahine! I'm sure there were changes in the bill. Like the bill forbids Hawaiians from pursuing their claims in court, etc! Should something like this or other changes should be brought to Hawaii for pubic hearings for opinions and comments about the changes?
Before it gets passed, THERE SHOULD BE HEARINGS!
