the upper seats suck. the bus was at least 2 hours late coming into buffalo, this smelly fucker held up the bus at customs because he didn't have his correct documents for over 1hr 30 mins while another megabus passed us within 30 mins. going back into the u.s., customs got on the bus and had to retrieve a passenger that wasted more of my time.
