@ryanjames731 i would say you could bring ur pots in to the basment if you wanted you also want to avoid that they get over drenched in winter
they WILL ROT
make sure you put some of your old broken clay pots in the bottom of your container to allow good drainage for the roots, dahlias biggest enemy . again , is rot
I have dahlia's in pots on our deck. Last year they were absolutely beautiful. We live in Washington US, winters are mild. How do I care for the pots? Do I bring them in for the winter? Or dig up the bulbs? Can I leave them in the pots?
