@TokenDeadGuy I do believe our ranks go: Ensign, Leftenant, Captain, Major, Leftenant Colonel, Colonel. Ensign and Leftenant are the same as the 1st and 2nd lieutenants in the US army. Though, in Canada's army we call them Second Leftenant and Leftenant.
Anyone know who this recreated regiment is? They look the the early Argyll and Sutherland HIghland Refigment from around the Victorian period. THere pretty good though. Some of the marching commands are period correct so thats a little fubar, but other than that, fun to watch
OMG, that brings back memories..I was RA as my first job on the Hill in '82..Awesome time~~~

We need to start doing real Bayonet Exercise again...
But I love the way we did skirmishers last year as opposed to this... They didn't even advance.

@TokenDeadGuy But do keep in mind, we're purely re-enactment. =P

We did this show today, but with 36 infantry, 2 sergeants, one leftenant, and one drummer (myself). It was loud, it was epic.

Yes. It's the "78th Highland Regiment".
In 2006, we visited the Citadel to watch my brother, with "Bydand Forever", perform for the centennial of the British garrisons leaving Canada.
Great show and lots of fun.
