Matthew S. Hamill (born October 5, 1976) is an American wrestler and mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter. He is a three-time NCAA Division III National Champion in wrestling (167 lb class in 1997, 190 lb class in 1998 and 197 lb class in 1999) while attending the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in Rochester, New York. Hamill also has a silver medal in Greco-Roman wrestling and a gold medal in freestyle wrestling from the 2001 Summer Deaflympics
I would like to see Hamil take on Ryan Bader. I don't think he's ready for any big names yet.

I'm all for Jardine staying. Seriously, no one gets knocked out in a more exciting fashion then that man.

I thought Jardine edged out the win. If anything it should've been a draw.

@abid8 . No what I'm trying to say is he can headline a regional show or two to get his record back in good order. I like the guy, he isn't a shit talker and he's a hard worker but when you can't beat a def guy who broke his hand in the first round, has a staph infection during the fight and while he cut weight, and says in interviews he couldn't see clearly then you need to grind some to get back on track. He's been a "garekeeper" for years but people keep smashing through that gate.

I liked the fight and the judges, Hamil busted Jardine's face in that dirty boxing clinches, Jardine has more than one cut in his face and hes nose was bleeding too. Hamil has a great chin, he took some KO power punches from Jardine, but he just eat and keep coming.Anyway in the end 2 of 3 judges scored 2 points of difference to Hamill, just to clarify that the point deduction wasnt decisive Yea Jardine should stay around, would be cool to see he fight Kimbo in the 205, if Kimbo was still around.
