Imo, I prefer Rogue for the damage+Invisibility,
But also, I used to have a mage, level 35, was doing 2-3k damage. Up to you ;)

If anyone knows anything on knights, Can someone tell me how to use Divine shield? Can you use it on yourself or only on party members?

Divine Shield - Defense Buff Spell as I remember. To use it, click on your name in the upper left corner and click the spell. To do other people, just click on their characters, then press the spell.
