Chapter 1.
My Story.

Some stories begin with the meeting of two persons, and that moment they just know they are made for each other. It only takes them one look, one smile to figure out that they were born to love each other, born to be together. From that moment on, they never leave each other's sight. They are ONE, and even death will not do them part.

I think you might have guessed that my story is not part of those. I should say our story. Us, two fifteen year olds stuck in a cruel world. A world in which every difference blinds the heart's eyes, and only leaves to see why people shouldn't be together instead of the obvious, why they should. A cruel world indeed. There are no fairytales, prince charming or happy endings here. There is only reality. As much as we dreamers like to embellish it, reality ends up being no more than pain, tears and hurting.

At this point, you may think that I'm exaggerating and that real love and beautiful things actually happen in life. I was just like you 6 months ago. I also believed that faith would somehow make everything end up perfectly. It took me 6 months, 24 weeks, 168 days to figure out that everything I had always believed in wasn't true.

Maybe by reading this, you'll face the truth faster than I did. Maybe you'll learn a lesson that I wish I had known. Gravity is like love. It's something you can't escape. No matter how hard you try to avoid it, you'll somehow always fall back into it. And once you're into it, you can't get out. It keeps you down, and destroys yours dreams of flying away...
