It's R4 with supercharger!
Only SLK 320 and SLK 32 AMG have V6 engines.

No .. the Car has a Rear Axle Drive. You step on the Pedal and in the next Moment with the left foot on the Brake, but not to tight ... then hold ist and let the Wheels spin.
Practice ist on Snow or whet surface first to get the feeling how much you must press the brake pedal.
