Introduction & Opening Remarks: 9/28/2010 Maine Gubernatorial Forum on Education

Maine Community Foundation President and CEO Meredith Jones introduces Colleen Quint, executive director of the Mitchell Institute, who provides a summary of the institute's white paper on higher education in Maine. The white paper served as the background for a September 28, 2010, gubernatorial candidates' forum on education.
