u should trade out the prop pistol for the real ww2 pistol ...in the changing room he leaves his and ibet i can swop them and time the directors trip and boom him ...your way works best but its funny the other way too i bet

Nice positioning for sniping but then it was an increase on the hostility/violence level and a waste of ammo. Just change the WWII prop with real gun you get at the front desk of the opera, makes it look like an accident.
