@HowToExpo Mariette, I just made this today, I'm a big curry fan and have lots of recipes off Indian friends etc, but this is AWESOME!!!! It's so easy to make and tastes great - I'll be writing this down in my special recipe book - I put a bit more salt in and a bit less oil at the start. THANK YOU!! ;-)
