Theo Fleury Scores in Shootout

Theo Fleury in his comeback game at the Saddledome. Scores an amazing shootout winner, shows that he's still got the hands. Crowd chanted his name from about the 1:30 remaining mark of OT and went wild when he took the ice as the second shooter.
NYI missed with their first 2 shooters and CGY missed with their first shooter... 1 more easy save at the other end of the rink for Calgary sealed the deal. Even if Fleury doesn't play another game, this had to be one of the best ways to go out... hope he gets a fair shake.

I may be an Oilers fan but I am happy Theo got his stuff together and made that comeback. Even if it was just a preseason stint. He was always a thrill to watch.

Deserved a couple year contract, Flames NEEDED him in so many ways, leadership, motivation, points, edge, drive, fire. Instead they decide they can do better without him, well I hope they don'tmake the playoffs for a few more years. I was a 25+ year Flame fan and since then I have enjoyed the idiots misfortunes. Fleury is one of the best all time!

I know he wouldn't have been THE difference between Playoffs or 9th (officially 10th), but it would have been great to see him play the season.
