@rawshitschill most of them did not have and educations when they went in,if you give them education then maybe there is a possibility that they wont reoffend when they get released,but i can see your point as well.

@asoka2000 one thing you dont understand alot of times when you been to prison alot of places wont hire you if you got felonys,and you dont know the mans situation,damn shame the clinton administration when he was in office signed a bill where you cant get a free college education in prison anymore,i think they should be allowed to get it,and vocational training to.and one other thing you dont know what life has in store for you around the corner.
