If this girl is only 19, it's a prime example of someone not having enough experience on the road.

Consider yourself lucky... I'm a cyclist and I've had this kind of thing happen to me because of someone was turning right but only looking for cars.

Fortunately, if I see a car preparing for such a turn, my fingers reach for the brakes, and I've stopped just in time.

Spewin man, hope she was insured and you got your car fixed, but mainly hope you were OK. Bugger her, no excuse for poor driving. But feel your pain, I got rear ended by a car and 2 days later side swiped bya truck crossing lanes. 10 years i've had my baby and not one ding or scratch then 2 in 2 days. Both by people not paying attention to the road.
