This video shows the level of work done so far, what is connected to what and why, and demonstration of the two current proprietary console systems working in the same unit. The video also shows the principle of the project is sound and working, and the aim to achieve 17 unique original hardware console systems (playing 20 sets of systems) is entirely achievable. Fortunately I can now upload longer videos, to give this video justice and detail.

  • Will you add more controllers?

  • No, just single player. I only need single player anyway, and also if I wanted two player it would double the work on a lot of the system. It would also need more banks of switches which would be a problem.

  • WTF is alpha and omega doing in the suggestions?

  • You have a lot of time on your hands.

    Good Job!

  • Reason for being cream is that's the colour of the large lounge unit housing it's going to fit into; so it looks coordinated to the surroundings.

  • @MODDEDbyBACTERIA Cream? Thats gonna look weird but I at least hope that you make it very interesting and creative! Good Luck on finishing!

  • Truth is I don't know exactly how it will end up looking. There will be a vertical bank of switches on the left side, middle section will be game carts; system will be painted cream.

  • @MODDEDbyBACTERIA Okay, I'm waiting to see it XD Can you at least draw out the case so we can get a good idea of how it looks?

  • Definitely - by the time this is made it will look polished. Loads of work to get to that stage though.

  • Wow! Amazing job :) Are you planning to make some type of enclosure?
