Where did you get the little perforated container that you roast the bean in? That thing looks about perfect!

That is the way I roasted mine for several years. Keep all the smoke and chaff outside. I built a stainless drum that slid right onto the rotiserie skewer. But I could slide it off to use for for roasting. That is so much less expensive then buying a commercial roaster.

It was a stainless Flower tin I got from target and I drilled the perforation holes. It holds just 9 ounces in a batch. It works very well.
