Vampire Knight summary:
Yuuki's earliest memory is of a stormy winter's night when she was attacked by a vampire...then saved by another. Ten years later, she has now grown up and is a prefect at Kurosu (or Cross) Academy with Zero, a member of a vampire hunter family who was murdered by a vampire. He "protects" Yuki because Kaname, the vampire who saved Yuki all those years ago, cannot. What the rest of the school (or rather, the Day Class) doesn't know is that the elite Night Class is actually an elite class of vampires. The prefects' job is to protect the Day Class from the Night Class. However, there's a lot of untold stories and there's more to just the 3 that we just met. Zero was the only one who survived the attack from the vampire. Why is that? Yuki remembers nothing from her past earlier than the memory from when she was 5. Did something happen? And what on earth is Kaname hiding?
