The Kearney tornado wasn't a wedge, it was 2 seperate tornadoes in town. Also, it was shrouded in rain and hail, and what you call the dust, is actually the rain shaft. The circulation was starting to be overtaken by outflow by that time was well.

Really good inflow. And yes the "dust" in the middle was the tornado. looked like a nice wedge .
