Layne was the man behind making AIC. If it wasn't for him Jerry would have never had a place to live, he would have never met Mike and Sean.

So all the success that band has had is because of Layne.

I'd never heard this version until now. It's much more of a rainy-day feel. It's good, but I don't know if it's better than the album version.
