This tutorial illustrates how I'm able to machine both sides of my guitar bodies.
I design my bodies with a 3D solid-modelling CAD package, and output this geometry to VisualMill. VisualMill then generates the G-code that I feed to my ShopSabre CNC.

    .50" ball end mill.

    Stepover: I've had pretty good luck running between .025 and .040".
