any person of any age can dress up in a costume or cosplay. You get a pass in two ways you can go to the website and pre buy your badge which is the cheapest and easiest way since it is mailed to your house about 2weeks b4 the convention. or you can go to the convention the day you want to go and stand in a line and buy your badge that way.

Wasn't Rikku the cutest costume tho. All the costumes were great of course but she actually fit the character better than most.
