I've created this film in collaboration with Universa Vanalten to showcase the potential for making the history and future of the space program more accessible through virtual worlds.

It contains a mix of footage provided by NASA/JPL Sources as well as machinima filmed by me in Second Life at the locations pertaining to these parts of history.

Remember that this is not traditional computer graphic animation, this is live avatars interacting with places and people in a shared online persistant world.

Thank you to NASA, NASA CoLab, The International Spaceflight Museum, JPL Explorer Island, The National Space Society, Elon University, Space Frontier, Space Studies Institute, Lora Chadbourne (lunar lander model), Chenin Anabuki (rover & moonwalk animation), Tazare Mulligan (space suits) and all the other creators who have contributed to this effort in Second Life.

Music used with permission from the Broet (the narrows) and Sophia Moleta & Holmes Ives. (untie me - reprise)
