Fallout 3 - Until Death Do Us Part

Millicent Wellington is a resident of Tenpenny Tower who can often be found arguing with her husband, Edgar Wellington II, or demanding his attention.

If you take the love letter off Susan Lancaster's desk and bring it to Millicent, she will immediately run off to find her husband; she will proceed to kill him with her 10mm pistol, and go after Susan herself (the guards seem not to mind).

After both murders are committed, she will abandon Tenpenny Tower for the wasteland.

She is one of several bigoted residents you must try to convince to change her mind if you are attempting to help move Roy Phillips' ghouls into Tenpenny Tower.

To find the love letter, when you enter Tenpenny's Tower, Go up the left stairs behind the reception desk. At the top of the stairs, head north to the doorway, climb the stairs and enter the Tenpenny Suites. Turn left and enter the door on the wall in front of you. Once inside, look directly to the right, there's a desk. The love letter should be on it, not inside. It will look like a paper and you can loot it.

Yes I have both. The dog doesn't count as a companion. So you can have both him and another companion.

You can't do that after you have completed that quest. It's part of one way to get the quest done(to elimate people who hates ghouls).
