Hi Redfoxarts.
The workflow is identical in all systems we have ported to. This is due to the fact that we provide our own animation system for free (it comes with a number of animation tools), and in this system you can add the plugins you need. It is practially independent of the host system (3ds/maya/c4d). The only thing you need to know is moving, rotating and scaling.
