  • doesn't the engagement mechanism wear quickly? Because of hitting the lockout mechanism? In the animation it's slowed down, but if I think about it happening at 100 rpm, it seems like a lot of rotational energy that is stopped in an instance.

Furthermore, I imagine the paw grinding down if it doesn't grip completely.

  • @tfitty202 yes, but the locking mechanism is rotating at a much higher speed, because of the gearing. And remember it occurs very often. Maybe 50 times each time you go shopping, because of all the lights, other traffic, etc.

  • @jhbonarius 100 rpm is not very fast 100rpm /60s = 1.67 rev/s

  • My fucking brain hurts. Is anybody else having trouble getting this?

  • Do you have a video on removing it

  • Does this happen automatically or do you flip a switch, like the ARB locker? Nice animation.

  • Great learning video

  • the detroit makes the world of difference when youve got a 38 11 bogger

  • @chayden89 detriot lockers lol

  • Now why didn't I think of that?
