I've tuned into this video because I am practicing my electric bass and I practice to these fantastic tracks. Anyone who is thinking of picking up a bass or any instrument should listen to all the Soul and Northern material out there. Commercially no ones even began to sractch the surface but are there the singers out there today that could really do justice to these songs?

There might be one or two out there who could do it but to be honest i'd rather they were left alone for the true soul lovers out there and that nobody goes anywhere near northern classics as it would ruin some of the magic for me and i prefer my music to be on a smaller scale and not commercial.
