Kingston value ram 2GB pc2-6400 @750 4-4-4-8
Palit GeForce 7300GT 256mb core/memory 500/500 @ 650/850 overclock through bios

Hey, I have same cpu with a GigaByte 945GCM-S2C with E2140 on stock cooling. How high could I overclock it?

can't get mine more then 1.74 ghz i get the blue screen error at 1.8 ghz think the motherboard bios sucks Asrock 775i65G :(

the core number doesn't multiply the GHz, so if 2 cores work at 3GHz, there isn't any 6GHz, just 2 cores working at 3Ghz. BTW, someone asked how much voltage for 3.2, a little rise, not much, but on stock cooling and voltage you can go 3GHz all the way!

hey guys I've change my processor,GFX and cooling and other stuff check out my other videos... I'm still using my MOBO I overclock my GPU via editing the bios to make it permanent using nibitor... my E2140 never reaches 60c while stress testing or gaming good ol' Asus VR guard keep it cool...

Isn't the asus commando an overpriced piece of shit? I ask, because you said it was low budget.
What the hell are you running to keep your temps down so low on your CPU?
How do you overclock your GPU via bios? (as noted in your description)

Asus Commando was overprice when it was released I purchased my parts dated October 26 the MOBO I think came out Nov or Dec of 2006... I have overclock my GPU via editing bios using nibitor to make my overclock permanent...

Lol i have my E2140 @ 3.0 ( Stock 1.6 ) on stock voltages with Valueselect ram ( 667Mhz) @ 750Mhz ( won't boot past 800Mhz ) or i could get 3.2/4 out of my E2140. Temps are 29/30 idle and 45/50 load. GJ

room temps in a normal day is hot but at night temp drops a little from 35 idle to 30 52 load to 48 :)
