$3200 Shanghai China Tourist Scam Chase Visa Sapphire Fraud Xiandao Cafe - Part 3

I enter the Shanghai Xiandao Cafe and speak with the waitstaff, telling them how they overcharged my Chase Sapphire Visa by over $3200 US. The waiter then claims not to know anything about a charge in $US (!?). The manager approaches, acting friendly and remembering me. I remind him how i wasnt there long as i was racing in international competition in the next days ahead. He smiles smugly for my camera.
