Artists like the Palestinian Rapperz and DAM are garnering attention on the world stage and inspiring communities of young fans at home. The true spirit of hip hop, as a socially empowering medium, is alive despite the hardships of life in refugee camps. PLAYLIST follows DAM and Palestinian Rapperz as they try to break their music in the USA. And we meet Jackie Salloum, the woman documenting the lives and travels of these Palestinian stars in the film Slingshot Hiphop.
