The presence of Israeli settlements in Palestinian areas is one of the most contentious issues of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The settlements are regarded as illegal under international law, but are still accepted by the Israeli government. There are also a number of outposts, which even the Israeli government regards as illegal. There are over a hundred of these illegal settlements. But while the Israeli government says it will remove them, efforts by the Israeli army to remove settlers in the northern West Bank are proving ineffectual.

  • "God gave us this land." Fuck you. God, my ass. You keep taking Palestinian land and use "God" when it is convenient for you. Did "God" tell you to use white phosphorus on defenseless children? Fuck you and your "God!"

  • How terribly sad. Legally owned land is occupied but the authorities clearly don't support the woman in question because she is Palestinian. When the opposite is true they will happily over compensate and drive people out without hesitation. You call that democracy? It's thinly apartheid.

  • @batyam1987

go and waste some body else his time, nobody believes youre CRAP anymore

  • @batyam1987 so.... A small Jewish farm was attacked and this is ethnic cleansing - but the 1948 exiling of hundreds of thousands of arabs never to return is not.

  • Israel says they want peace - then never propose any type of peace deal. The Palestinian negotiator sparked controversy when he took the official line that ANY FORMAL OFFER would be given serious consideration in 2007 - and despite this Israel gave no proposal.

  • @batyam1987 Again, you are speaking of things that have no relevance and do not change the fact that Israel is illegally occupying the West Bank, Golan Heights and Gaza by way of the blockade. This does not change the fact that the Jewish settlements in those areas are illegal. It does not change the fact that the wall being build is illegal. It doesn't change the fact that Israel is a human rights violator. The international community is on to your lies.

  • @steute2011

In 1929, Hebron's centuries-old Jewish population was expelled as a result of an Arab pogrom that killed almost 70 Jews. Jews that year removed themselves from Gaza, Nablus and Jenin.

People like you like to ignore FACTS Shameless you people are!!!!

  • @steute2011

why Jews should be allowed to resettle areas in which they didn't live in the years preceding the 1967 war, areas that were almost empty of Jews before 1948 as well. But why didn't Jews live in the area at that time? Quite simple: They had been the victims of a three-decades-long ethnic cleansing project that started in 1920, when an Arab attack wiped out a small Jewish farm at Tel Hai in Upper Galilee and was followed by attacks in Jerusalem and, in 1921, in Jaffa and Jerusalem.

  • @batyam1987 Here, you sound like Dershowitz...typical defense lawyer. You seem to want to work in reverse and choose you the document that best suits your agenda. Most pro-Israeli's argue based on the language in resolution 242, which has also been cleared up by the UN. Another failed lawyer tactic. Shameless you people are!!!!
