It's the replacement for the Zonda, it comes with a 700hp V12, a carbon fibre body and is probably the most eagerly anticipated supercar at this year's show.

We sent Jonny Smith to the Geneva motorshow to uncover the most interesting, most exciting and most powerful new cars of 2011. Look out for his other Geneva video diaries.

  • @AnnoyedWalrus01 I don't get what you mean. Are saying that the Aventador's Twin-Turbo is better than Huayra's Twin-Turbo?

As for the interior, you're clearly don't get the Art in this car. If your saying it's way too bright - that's the point. It's very retro-modern-ish and classic at the same time. Mr. Pagani said himself that every single detail should be look good for it to be placed in a museum. Not everybody will think something like that!

  • 825 tys euro wow wow wow a little exsensive

  • best presenter on fifth gear by far

boat shoes, velvet jacket, moleskin trousers...can't compete with that lol

  • @mrkerpal2 There's actually a relation between horsepower and torque and they are not exactly linear to each other though. HP = RPM x Torque / 5252. Because this car is going to be around for a decade or so, so I think it would be right for it to possess more power to keep it competitive and hold the fort till the new car comes along.

  • I think this car is extravagant and the new Aventador is downright ugly to many angles it is like looking at a weird shaped building.

  • @marsh1791 Turbochargers/superchargers are a cheap way of making an engine create more power. They don't increase the performance of the engine, they just push in more gasoline than usual.. More gas=more power.. There isn't any clever engineering involved..

ANYONE can put a turbo in a car and double the power...

  • @AnnoyedWalrus01 Whats wrong with twin turbo?

  • There's one thing I don't like about this car.. That is the Twin-turbo.. Lamborghini's new car, the aventador, produces 700 PS (and 0-62 in 2.9 seconds) without using any form of forced induction.. As a side note, I think the interior of this car is over-styled and way to bright.. Lamborghini's styling (interior and exterior) is much more appealing in my opinion..

  • Thank you for pronouncing it right and not butchering the name like every other car reviewer
