  • can you do this for all of the ab workouts? I notice my tailbone hurts when i'm rolling over it all the time with it poking into my floor.

  • Get yourself a nice thick yoga mat! Wal mart sells a nice think one for around 15.00 this will help. I only do this for the moves when I am laying down.

  • Hey so I got the p90x for a present and im confused on how to use this. I havnt seen any p90x videos or anything.

  • i just started doing that on my own last week b/c my lower back was hurting from doing the ab ripper. it definitely makes a difference....so yea, good tip!

  • I get pain in my butt during abb ripper...I renamed the routine butt ripper because of this...

  • also you can use a pillow under your back!

  • Now I know why we used this little, yet effective, method during military training. Good info! "Heels to the Heavens" aint no joke!

  • btw.. i tried the diamond thing with my fifer scissors and its pretty incredible how well it works.. so simple but very effective. thanks again.

  • good tip.. thanks. my back has been gettin sore from a lot of the p90x... usually from the plyo days and the legs and back days... a lot of leaning fwd and coming back up is putting stress on my lower back.. not sure what to do about that. been trying not to lean as much it can be tough. suggestions?
