After their career is finally over, U2 will not only leave behind one of the biggest footprints in the history of rock, they will leave behind one of the biggest footprints in the history of music. Their 'competition' isn't just rock legends like The Beatles, Elvis, Led Zeppelin, and The Rolling Stones-- it's people like Mozart, Beethoven, George Gershwin, and Duke Ellington. They are truly one of the ALL-TIME greats. Anyone who doesn't understand this needs to listen to their ENTIRE catalog.

I know some people hate Bono but at least he tries to do something and more importantly he talks to people. Most celebrities these days can only talk about themselves and which designer clothes they are wearing and how HOT HOT HOT and COOL they are. And they really ignore they fans and complain how hard their lives are. Im so sick of them cause lets face it: most of us during last few years have been struggling to survive- even in Western countries.
