Seroquil! O dam that shit fucks u up. Makes u hella fuckin tired. Like a tranquilizer. Honestly. It can be good for stress tho. Good luck with Psych meds. Don't take anti-depressants tho. You'll thank me and God later. Lol

@Treknologist I've been struggling with depression for years but I've never been able to get a real handle on it. Hopefully today marks the beginning of a much better quality of life. I AM a very bubbly person...it's just the "downs" got WAY too hard to ignore.

@BitchWABishi I have a big question what are the syntoms of of being bipolar? i really think i am but i dont want to go to the dr cause i dont want to look like a freak

@hypeboy3 That's hard to say. Everyone is different. I started keeping track of my moods on a piece of paper...I don't have the attention span to remember to mark calendars and shit. Then I started doing research. There's a lot of really good resources out there to help you. Wikipedia, WebMD, and I found the forums on StudentdoctorDOTnet to be a big help. Talk to your family, KNOW YOUR MEDICAL HISTORY!
I feel this is better than me telling you what you "should" feel.
Good luck :)
