Blackpool Rocks!

Well, in a campy, dumpy sort of way. The "Illuminations" are those silly lights hung across the main drag. Think Santa Monica Blvd.in the 50's with English working class pretentions - and "family" bars where a clown entertains the tots as mom & dad get hammered. Home of the original Helter-Skelter amusement ride - late of Charlie Manson and the Beattles tune.

Never seen so many fat people outside of the states. Must be the potato sandwiches. Video posted to tell the truth about the illuminations. Tongue in cheek, better there than in the gawd awful food.

Sorry, done B'pool, life's too short. It was on the way from Dublin to Lakes. Worth the trip into B'pool "International" Airport for the SWAT team greating. LOL
