@Yoness28 Actually, it was Steve Cotter that taught me how to swing like this. He is a good friend of mine and has been to my gym many times for various certifications and seminars. Watch him swing. He uses less "knee bend" then I do.

Very informative and through. =) BTW, have you encountered "swing", where people dont bend their hips, and try do it just squatting. Because I see that style a lot in gym I go.
Seems to me this would help with sexual thrusting.... lol
