  • I have no idea how to heck I got here, but I'm glad I did.

  • @comfybluechair - Welcome. Let us know if you have any questions?

  • Internet Addiction, Gaming Addiction,Cell Phone Addiction

  • @mactheartofwarfare - yes, the InnerGold principles will work with all addictions.

  • as an out sider looking in can the part of the brain be removed or slow down to help the junky not want to get high

  • @residentmagnum - So many addicts wish they could just have a great battle with the "Limbic" part of the brain and be done with it. This is just not how it works. The Limbic is there to help us survive. Learning to manage this part of our brain is the key. And in a sense...it can be "slowed down" if the proper tools and daily work is done. Great question.

  • Whose eating in the video??? OMG the sound of utensils hitting the plate is so annoying. I bet there are a bunch of fat FOOD addicts in the room stuffing their faces. Jeez!

  • I'm getting drunk watching this. I might be addicted to alcohol but my addiction to video games is to much more severe. I cannot live without video games. I have the desire to compete against others and triumph over them. But without video games I see no way to acheive this. I'm never going to be physically able to compete like this.

  • @theunknowndrunk - Nice blog. Would it be possible to be added to your blog and link to our site? I will send you a complimentary copy of our book the Language of Recovery, which is helping people understand addiction better.
