Does the Pontiac not have the option to turn the traction control off? Bummer! My Monte Carlo 3.8 Supercharged lets me turn that off...:D

@TheHackWhite We've all done so at some point in time. I'd been making videos for a long time and gradually lost interest as my old VHS camcorder broke down. David Rock rekindled my interest in making videos.

Can you say, roadtrip? What part did you travel to, we go that way sometimes to visit my son in Blytheville, AR. 64 to 57 and down 55. Just went recently to witness my 3rd grandson being born. Long trip.

00:00 i know what that's like! i've got two options of car to drive, my brother's 2000 ford taurus or my mom's 1998 chrysler sebring, the taurus has colom shift and the sebring has console shift and i couldn't tell you how many times i've accidentally turned on the windshield wipers in the sebring trying to shift gears! (it has a stack on the right side of the colom that controls the wipers)

@partyfriek I took it easy until we hit the highway, I'm not scared of speed, but I am slightly paranoid of cops, and didn't want to get pulled over. That car was a pleasure to drive thought, smooth as could be.

@uxwbill Oh, good, I always liked GM's two settings on the traction control..."on" and "off". It would be a shame to not have the option to turn it off. The 3800 Series II Supercharged motor was an option in the 2004 and 2005 Monte Carlos and Impalas. They replaced it with the 5.3L V8 in 2006, and that beautiful sound of the supercharger winding up when you step on the gas went away with the switch. :-(
