It would have nice if the Lakers faced the Jazz in 2000 West Finals. Because, Utah swept LA in 1998 and defeated them in five games in 1997.

Laker fans are too accustomed to winning...remember the 2000 championship season for the lakers was their first in 12 years..it took that long to rebuild a championship caliber team..the lakers this decade rebuilt quickly, it only took 6 years to win another ring after 2002..Laker fans are too spoiled, its gonna take some long winless years to make fans that rabid and energetic again

@lestat102786 its the lighting man. The way how staples center turned off the lights while only lighting the court makes a person feel like they are in the movies. It makes you less energetic and sleepy. they should just go back lighting the whole arena like how they did back then.
