Woohoo! This session was awesome. All we had to do was go faster. I can't think of having my hand out, because it would throw me off balance.
We got some awesome slides in. I was able to do a slide to a stop. I think if I used my other hand to twist, I could do it better, and at slower speeds.

Sorry it's not letting me accept the video response. Anyways, I'm going for a second sliding session in a few minutes. I hope I can get a slide in this time! I have to remember to be going fast, and rotate my body.
