Immelman Tip #8
The immelman is a half a loop with a half a roll at the top. This move requires the half roll to take place just before the top of the loop so it finishes off level at exactly the top. To pull it off you have to start the roll before you get all the way to the top. It takes a few tries to figure out exactly where you need to start the roll, especially because you want to cary a little momentum into the top so you can coast or power on over.

Nice vid. I heard about this maneuver and was curious. I'm currently playing Apache Assualt flight sim on the Xbox 360. The Apache is a heavy bird to turn fast. Now I'm off to practice this to avoid those damn missles! lol
