@mark88bon Just work to keep your hips level. Natalie gets a little loose on her form, but with no load the risk is still very low. Don't be afraid to load this movement with a DB or med ball, once you are comfortable.

@eamh2002 In theory, you are correct. Practically, with our normal clientele, not so much. When our coaches do them, they are true pistol squats. We just have to apply them to clients appropriately. Great tip!

@Z4N30 Come'on, that old myth has been dispelled years ago. Your knee HAS to go over your toe or you can't even sit in a chair. Letting the heels come off of the ground or not sitting back are bad form. Having the knees travel a little forward is totally natural.
