Montreal Insider, Tamy Emma Pepin, hits the streets of Chinatown and eats way too much soup, noodles, fruit, candy and dumplings.

  • wow that insider girl is total 10 for me

  • In the last shot you can see the bootleg DVD store :D

I think their CD's are legit though (some of them :D )

  • Jeez... yeah, music selection epic fail.

  • Typically multi-cultural Montréalaise to include Nipponese music with a delightful tour of Chinatown in a former Jewish enclave. Merci Tamy! +/-

  • The Vapors - Turning Japanese is a bit inappropriate for a Chinatown segment, especially considering the historical clash between the two cultures. Like when I go to the Chinese grocery store to buy sake and Japanese dumplings, they tend to frown on me. :) Cool segment Otherwise Tamy.

  • why the japanese song for the chinese!?!?!

  • the music intro at the beginning sounds disconcertingly like "Turning Japanese"..

Chinese food in HD so tempting

your hair stylist gets a gold star, you look great!

  • Kidding aside, nicely done ;O)

  • I really like those "Chinese refugees from Vietnam"
