I saw that episode... It was total crap. Seriously Picard sounded like a prepubescent arthur (the alchoholic not the gerbil) now I have successfully insulted British people and made fun of a really good comedy... Onwards to the Canadians!

To clear up some of the confusion, we'd never seen an episode of Star Trek, and so after removing the audio, we gave the characters names that we made up. We decided to call Mr. Triceratops head "Takbor", so Lieutenant Milkshake is coming out of the bathroom, saying "Hey Takbor, I-", when he is interrupted.
