Notes: I actually recorded this a long time ago, I just never uploaded until now... for a reason. Right now I'm stuck on X-1, but I should get it soon.

Anyways... this XS is pretty easy. If I remember correctly, on the third patient, the one with the tumors, you have to let a couple of extra pus pools to spawn to be able to get the XS, to lengthen your chain.

@Snowballo the same thing happens to me. The chain doesn't break with the ultrasound, it breaks at the exact moment i remove the tumor with the forceps, before i have to place the membrane on the hole. It doesn't happen to Chewy, but i don't know why it does that with me.

Let me explain that a little better. In the challenge missions, if you get anything but a COOL or an OK (or a DEFEAT in A-4), then you lose your chain. If you 'hit' it, by pressing A (or B), then when you remove it, you get a good. If you hover over it with you ultra sound, but DON'T press A, you'll get a COOL instead of a good. Same goes for every tumor.

if you click on the tumor with the ultra sound the chain is broken. just go over it with the ultra sound but do not press the button.

Hi Chewy,

I need to undestand one thing: in the last operation, I try (as you do) to gain points letting the green pus increase. But when I go to remove the tumors my CHAIN is broken. Why? I really cannot figure it our. Please help me out.
